: (1) If an establishment wishes to set the mandatory retirement age of workers at less than one year in the regulations, it may submit an application to the Ministry with the basis and reason thereof.
(2) If an application is received from an establishment according to sub-rule (1), the Ministry shall send it to the Central Labor Advisory Council for approval.
(3) In accordance with sub-rule (2), if written from the Ministry, the Council may grant approval to amend the regulations related to the service conditions of the workers of such establishments based on the grounds, reasons submitted by the establishment to reduce the retirement age of the workers to less than eighty years, and also based on the practice of other establishments of the same nature or the country.
